Frequently Asked Questions
 

1. Can I change my username?

The username of your JuzFrens account ID may be changed. If you wish to have a different username, you will need to log into your account and make the changes in your profile page.

 

2. Can’t log into your JuzFrens account?

Please close all browser windows on your mobile phone, clear cookies and cache on your mobile, and log into JuzFrens again.
 
Please also ensure that you have GPRS activated on your mobile for WAP browsing. Please contact your operator if you wish to activate your GPRS services.

 

3. Didn’t receive your JuzFrens password?

Please ensure/check:

1. Your mobile number or email is entered correctly.
2. Your SMS inbox is not full.

4. Forgot your JuzFrens password?

If you had forgotten your password, for security reasons, please use the "Forgot Password" function to retrieve your password.

You may retrieve your JuzFrens username and password if you can provide the mobile number that you used to register your JuzFrens account.

Please click on Login and scroll down. After which, you can enter your mobile number in the provided field and click Send Password to have your username/password re-sent to your mobile phone.

 

5. How do I cancel my JuzFrens account?

Terminating your JuzFrens account removes your profile from JuzFrens and deletes all your information from our database.

You may still create a new JuzFrens account at any time after termination
You can do so by following the instructions in your respective countries’ shortcode:

For Malaysia – 33386
Sms <STOP> and send to 33386.

For Singapore – 77333
Sms <FRENS> space <STOP> and send to 77333.

 

6. How do I change my JuzFrens account password/email address?

To change your password of your JuzFrens account, please log into JuzFrens and go to View/Edit Profile> Edit My Profile> change Password in the password field and retype new password to confirm
To change your email address of your JuzFrens account, please log into JuzFrens and go /Edit Profile> Edit My Profile> change email in the email field.

 

7. How do I stop receiving JuzFrens calls and SMS from other members?

To change your calls and SMS allow settings of your JuzFrens account, please log into JuzFrens and go to strong>View/Edit Profile> Edit My Profile> change allow calls/sms from others to “NO”.

 

8. My profile updates have not been reflected.

Depending on site traffic and your web browser settings, it may take several minutes for the system to refresh your data. Please check back after about 10 minutes. If you still encounter the same problem, please clear your cache.

 

9. Problem Uploading Photo/Videos?

All images must be in GIF or JPEG format.
All videos must be in 3GP format.
Image and video file size must not exceed 300 KB each.

 

10. What's the difference between a non-member and a member?

Non-members cannot view any members on JuzFrens.
To start using the service, interested parties can register for free. Members can view and contact other members, view unlimited profiles per day, perform selected searches and send text messages (SMS) and makes calls.
